Florida Forensic Examiner Training - REGULAR |
This is a three (3) day workshop: Thursday 10/8/09 - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Friday 10/9/09 - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Saturday 10/10/09 - 8:30 am to 3:30 pmThis training program instructs psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals on how to conduct evaluations for criminal courts. The content focuses on competence to proceed (competence to stand trial) evaluations and mental state at the time of the offense (“sanity”) evaluations. Participants may request to be placed on the DCF Referral List after completing the workshop. Participants MUST attend all three (3) days in order to receive continuing education credits. No partial credit will be given. |
